2. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing and trade accounts are exclusively available to registered businesses, not individual retail consumers. Shopistoo reserves the right to verify business credentials and decline account applications at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Quotes

  • All prices shown in the public catalogue are indicative wholesale rates for approved accounts.
  • Formal pricing is issued via written quotation upon account approval.
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and freight unless stated.
  • Volume discount tiers are available at 25, 50, and 100+ units per SKU.

4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Standard MOQ: 10 units per SKU per order.
  • Mixed-category orders are permitted subject to per-SKU MOQ.
  • Bulk and pallet orders available — contact your account manager.

5. Payment Terms

  • New accounts: 100% prepayment required.
  • Established accounts (3+ orders): Net 30 available upon review.
  • Accepted: bank transfer (ACH/wire), major credit/debit cards, PayPal Business.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Tracked shipment documentation provided for all orders.
  • Freight costs calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulk orders.

7. Returns & Claims

  • Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved claims will be replaced or credited on the next order.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on wholesale orders.
